SCHEDULE
INDIVIDUAL SOUND MASSAGE
TRAINING
Led by Swann assisted by Lydéric, the Individual Sound Massage training is intended to teach you all the basics of individual sound massage according to Zen & Sounds with therapeutic bowls and tuning forks, Feng Gong and Koshis.
Following your requests and feedback on previous training, we are changing our training courses, towards longer courses that will allow you to have time to integrate the density of what we teach you.
Three types of training are offered at Zen & Sounds Sud, to be followed independently or as part of the full course:
COURSE
The Zen and Sounds Academy offers you a complete training course in the different sound healing practices:

Gong Bath training (level 1, level 2, and certification)

Individual Sound Massage training (level 1, level 2, and certification)

Therapeutic Singing and Sound Yoga training (level 1, level 2, and certification) [ From 2023 · Dates to be released soon · Sign up for our newsletter to be notified as soon as they go live. ]
You can choose to do one or two training courses of your choice, or, from 2023, the complete course of the three training courses for an integral learning of sound healing practices.
We will soon be offering you a new training course in Water Sound Healing. Dates are yet to be determined. Do not hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter to be informed as soon as they are online.
GOOD TO KNOW

EQUIPMENT & INSTRUMENTS
- You can obtain all the equipment necessary for the various sound healing practices: gongs, complete set of bowls, tuning forks and musical instruments dedicated to these practices, by ordering them from Zen & Sounds.
- Gongs, instruments, sound massage kits, massage tables, cushions and blankets are lent on site during the training.

ACCOMMODATION AND FULL BOARD
The training takes place at Zen & Sounds South . You can stay on site and eat with our accommodation and full board formula. Info & reservations on our Contact page or directly by writing to us at contact@zenandsounds.com

GONG BATH TRAINING

50% must be paid upon booking, the remaining 50% a maximum of 2 months before the start of the module.

Instead of 2500€ including VAT. Reduced rate payable in full upon booking.
MEALS, ACCOMMODATION
Meals and accommodation are offered on site: the accommodation and meal package for 5 days is €500.
EQUIPMENT
You can get the best professional gongs, as well as the different instruments played in a gong bath (rain tree, Rin bowl, Tibetan hitting and singing bowls, Koshis, tingsha...) that you will find in stock at Zen & Sounds.
You will have priority over the material you order from Zen and Sounds.
Gongs, bowls, instruments, cushions and blankets are lent on site during the training.
INDIVIDUAL SOUND MASSAGE TRAINING

Level 1 (5 days) : €1250 incl. tax

Level 2 (5days) : 1250€ tax incl.

Certification (one hour exam) : 90€ tax incl.

Meals and accommodation are offered on site: the accommodation and meal package for 5 days is €500.
EQUIPMENT
The price of the basic kit depends on the price of metal and raw materials. Contact us for a quote.
You will have priority over the material you order from Zen and Sounds.
The basic kit * necessary for level 1 of the sound massage (not included in the price of the training *) contains: 8 therapeutic bowls and their accessories, 10 therapeutic tuning forks and their accessories, a gong, 2 Koshis.
* You can purchase your basic kit from Zen & Sounds. We are indeed in contact with all the different suppliers in order to be able to provide you with the complete kit, of first quality selected for us by the suppliers.
Please inform us of your wish to order it from us in your registration confirmation email. The price of this kit is approximately 2636€ (this price varies according to the prices of metals, raw materials and transport, and is optimized for you because we group our deliveries). Sound massage kits, massage tables, cushions and blankets are lent on site during the training.
TRAINING IN THERAPEUTIC SINGING AND YOGA OF SOUND

MATERIAL
You will be advised of certain appropriate musical instruments to accompany you in your practices. You can, if you wish, get some of them in stock at Zen and Sounds.
Yoga mats, cushions and blanket are loaned on site during the training.
ZAGDRUM TRAINING

Single curriculum (2 days): 720€ TTC
300€ are to be paid upon booking, the balance remaining a maximum of 2 months before the start of the module.
MEALS, ACCOMMODATION
Meals and accommodation are offered on site in this unique all-inclusive formula.
MATERIAL
The equipment will be loaned to you on site. You can, if you wish, get a Zagdrum.
Yoga mats, cushions and blanket are loaned on site during the training.
